Samsung Q & A Campaign

We created a Facebook application that enhances the interaction between the Facebook and Samsung YouTube channel. Users entering the application can ask written questions to the character Ceyda, and they can watch Ceyda’s answers on Samsung’s YouTube channel. I was involved in customer relations and text writing in this campaign.
