We created an interactive tab on Facebook for the Garnier BB Cream product. The tab showcased reviews written by bloggers about the product. Additionally, detailed information about the product was provided, and users who wanted to try the product received trial samples. This increased both product awareness and engagement rate on the Facebook page. I handled campaign management, participant management, customer relations, and writing campaign texts.
